Goes great with any Christmas decorations, I mainly have all solar lights but needed this 10ft color changing light tree for the finishing touch. The lights are super bright and watching the lights dance is mesmerizing. The remote is also easy to use with some practice, before you know it you’ll have a good combination to match your other décor. The description says this is a USB powered light set. It is not. It has a regular electrical plug. It also shows an external remote control, but mine didn't come with a remote, but this set of 305 lights is beautiful and has vibrant and fun light patterns. It’s lightweight, so it can be hung on a pole, gutter, or tree. Stakes are included to hold down the ends. The end of the string also has a built-in controller for setting the light pattern. I add these to my palm tree and it was very easy to install and setup. The lighting gets you into the spirit of Christmas with the different colors and flashing lights. great addition to the other lights on the house.

    • It looks alright, but usb plug for outdoor lights
I was pretty excited for this to add another touch to my usual christmas decorations, but one of the first things I noticed out of the box is it is a USB based plug.. I don't usually run any USB power sources outside and not sure I would want to for an outdoor decoration. That being said, if you have some outdoor usb stuff going on that you can protect from the weather, it seems decent. The light spacing could be better (a bit wide) and the lights could be brighter versus the slightly dark colors they are now, but otherwise it looks decent and I think it would hold up alright. Remote has some cool options on it. Unfortunately, because of the usb aspect of things and the tone of the colors, I think this one will have to be repurposed for something else. ... show more

    • Beautiful Lights
The media could not be loaded. This is a beautiful set of lights. We had a small Christmas decoration display last year and we are really ramping it up this year. This will be a nice looking addition and will be mounted either on a tree or a pole. I tested it without stretching the lines out so I would not get them tangled but I really like how these lights look. It comes with a remote but (more importantly) can be controlled with one button on the USB plug. The only downside to these are that it didn't come with a wall outlet. I'll have to provide one for this. This is a beautiful set of lights and I can't wait to display them. ... show more

I ordered this set of ‘Christmas Waterfall Lights’ to use on one of my front bushes this holiday season. I was attracted to it by the fact it claimed to have a ‘waterfall’ effect which I really like. Well these ‘Christmas Waterfall Lights’ are nothing like shown in the pictures. The colors are nowhere near as bright or vivid. And when the unit is set up, the bulbs are spaced so far from each other that the whole thing looks dull and lifeless. These ‘Christmas Waterfall Lights’ are powered by USB, but there is no AC power brick included. I don’t know anyone that has USB outlets on the outside of the house. That’s very inconvenient and poor design in my opinion. These ‘Christmas Waterfall Lights’ are cheaply made. The wire is very thin and brittle, and I know it would hold up through a good wind. This light set is pretty much disposable in my opinion. The only good thing I’ve found about these ‘Christmas Waterfall Lights’ is that they actually have a lot of cool designs built in. And the remote does a good job controlling them. It’s easy to use and has good range. All in all, these ‘Christmas Waterfall Lights’ are definitely not worth buying. The quality is inferior…they’re not bright at all…and there’s no AC adapter on them to nake the set easy to use outdoors. Look elsewhere. ... show more
