At night in the dark they look great. The 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6 hour timer does not work very well. After I turn them on and set the timer for 6 hours both of the lights blink 3 times indicating they have receive the command but, 6 hours later most of the time only 1 has gone off. The media could not be loaded. Mine is defective. Every night I plug it in and within 3 or 4 hours it turns off and the button won’t work to turn it back on. I have to unplug/plug it back in. The lights are also quite dull and not well visible with the slightest bit of background light. Would not buy again or recommend. (Update 24 hours later) I changed settings and it has not turned off randomly during the night. It has steady stayed on for 24 hours. So it’s possible just that particular effect is defective and not the whole device. I have it set up on my apartment patio and can see the lasers coming in through my window and ceiling. It does seem a bit brighter than originally thought. I still don’t think it’s worth the cost. ... show more
