The product works exactly as advertised. I ordered two sets. I read the reviews about the string potentially becoming tangled while hanging them so I was aware. For perspective, I wrapped my set around one big tree. The first set I got about 250 lights in and the tangling began, but it probably extended the install maybe 20-30 extra minutes. The second set I opened the box and carefully re-wrapped the twist ties around the bottom 1/2 of all the lights. When I wrapped the tree I had very little tangling, although I still took very close care to ensure I held the bundle firmly while wrapping around the rest of the branches on the tree. It would be helpful if the mfg would tie wrap the string in segments of 250 lights each, but I would not let the tangling issue stop from ordering. Just slowly unravel the lights as you hang them. ... show more

I've had 1 set of these for a year - so far has held up well... purchased 4 more sets, based on their "advertised" 12" on each end for newest strings... which would work perfectly IF IT was true! When stringing lights together, overhead... the lights are 2' apart... and IF the ends were truly 12" on each end from a light... you could just hook them together, and it would look just fine. HOWEVER.. that is NOT the case. on the plug in (male) side.. the distance to the first light is over 7'! And the distance from last light to end plug (female) is almost 2'. That 9' of cable between lights end to end... which means, to make the lighting look "normal" (2' apart) you have to figure out how to wrap up over 7' of connecting wires... Complete BS. Even the box the lights come in... state "12" from either end to first light" which would work. The lights i bought over a year ago... were the correct measurements... the "new ones", are NOT. ... show more

Compact and white warm lights with lovely packing- the quality of wire looks good and the light is preety great. I m gonna use it now for Diwali and thn patio decor and Christmas I really wish it last long as the white wiring is great for outdoor and indoors it's gets hide for its color the socket is of good quality looks great . Came with a extension so if need can be attached with diffeent wirings- packing was good and Lights is bright too the bulbs are Tiny and neat ... show more

The lights themselves beautiful! This was very long strand and it had about three rolled up sections with only one twisty tie on each. It was tangled before I could even get started.
