Product Care Instructions: Clean spills immediately by blotting with a clean, dry sponge or cloth. Appropriate rug pad is highly recommended on all surfaces to prevent slipping, add cushion, and improve durability. For vacuuming, use a vacuum cleaner without a beater bar or one where you can set the bar to the highest pile setting. If your vacuum has variable power settings, set on low. This rug is beautiful in person! I was expecting it to have more green as the main colors but it’s more of a dark gray. However, it still matches beautifully with my neutral colors. If you can see in the photos, on side is totally “whited” out, looks bleached or faded. One small strip has the colors like the photo (second pic). The pictures don’t even tell the whole story because it looks darker in the photos than in person. Sending it back and crossing my fingers that the replacement will look right. Paid too much money for this! And, to return it asks for a box! It didn’t come in a box in the first place! What the heck?? Will update when replacement received. Update: Figured out what the problem is when the second rug arrived to replace the first. The “bleached out look” is whatever fabric or chemical that is on the rug. However this new rug was much darker than the first even with the white out look. What I mean is, when you look from one direction of the rug it is very faded, but look from the other end of the rug it is normal! I have never seen this outside of a children’s toy so I don’t know what to think. Both rugs seem to have a colorless sticky coating on them. I used a wet sponge for that and it seemed to help. I am still not sure if I’m going to keep it. Never had this issue. Does have a faint chemical smell at first opening. ... show more

The rug is beautiful. I love the colors. It is a little thin. But, I placed a thick rug pas under to make up for it. The one I ordered came with some really stiff set in creases in the rug. It would not flatten with heavy books alone. I ordered the 10x14 and the creases were over 7 feet long. I have tried everything to get them to come out. They are better but still very visible and the rug won’t lay flat. The rug is overall poor quality. Wouldn’t recommend and I will be returning. ... show more

Had my eye on this rug collection for a while and finally purchased during Prime Day. I am so thrilled with the Ivory/Natural rug! It has hints of sage, yellow, light blue, taupe and ivory. I like that it doesn't come across too yellow in our space (south & west-facing windows), but is still warm and inviting. Since it's a lighter shade overall, the worn, thread-exposed effect is more subtle. It's not too shiny, it just looks like a quality rug that has been around for a hundred years! It is thin, but I knew I would be purchasing a pad for underneath. FYI: I also purchased the Sage/Blush rug in 10x14 but it was too feminine for our living room. The free returns available for a rug this size is mind-blowing to me. You just roll it up, wrap it up, smack the provided label on it, and they will come to your door to pick up for free!!!! So I love this rug but! Mine smelt horrible! My house still has a funny smell from it. I have been lightly shampooing to help. It’s working. I would have returned it to buy it again but I loved the rug and already placed it down so it’s staying. So smell it before you unroll it or do what I’m doing. One important thing is it changes depending how you look at it! One way it looks faded and silvery and the other way it looks just like the photos. So once you lay it down, make sure you walk around it like I did to see how you want it placed. I hope the video I submitted helps show you what I mean! My dogs all love the rug. It’s very soft but very thin so I’d get a rug pad. It’s also fades quickly ... show more

Beautiful but not the colors that are in the online photo. I bought the blush and sage and there is nothing sage about this rug it’s actually has very light blue gray tones maybe a little blush. I was very disappointed when I opened it up since this isn’t what I ordered but will keep it because it’s way too difficult to sent a rug that large back. ... show more

The texture, pile, and color of this rug is perfect for what I was looking for! It has blues and greens. Note that the shade does change light/dark from one end to the other, depending on angle you see rug. I like that fine. It is under my kitchen table. I ordered the 5’ x 7’10” rug. I searched for weeks for a rug wider than 5’5” but still 7’ long. I could not find one I liked. If anything could be different with this rug, it would be I wish it came in a wider width and no more than 8’ long for my space. The next size up is too long for my space. I did have to use carpet tape to get the corners/ends to lay down. I am not using a rug pad under the table. Not needed. If used as area rug or in high traffic, I would use a pad. I do love it. The size is doable. The color, texture, and thickness is exactly what I wanted. ... show more
