This battery is a beast and keeps things running forever in my motorhome without being plugged in or firing up the genny. I specifically bought the 400ah smart battery so I could monitor state of charge because the rv guage leaves a lot to be desired. Everything was great till a few weeks ago. The app stopped working and constantly shows 100% charge and no longer registers incoming or outgoing battery usage. I read several other reviews of the BAT-BMS app where people have the same issue I emailed Chins support on 11/18. If they get it fixed, my review will change to a 5 star. 11/21 Chins customer service got back to me a day later and helped resolve the issue. The BMS detected an issue and turned off the charge and discharge function of the battery. Customer service had me turn them both back on in the app and all was good. I'll definitely buy another Chins battery in the future.

Great price and working well so far in series 24v with a solar array. these things have been working for a couple weeks charging during the day and discharging for my overnight and cloudy time loads. Bluetooth connection to check batteries individually is nice. will update if anything changes

I had a space issue in my van build and could not fit the 2 Chins 200 amp hour Lifepo4 non smart BMS batteries I carried over from a pickup camper build I retired. This battery is every bit as high quality as the smaller models, and is only slightly wider on the skinny side than a single 200 amp hour battery, making fitment in my compartment a breeze. The built in bluetooth smart BMS and app mean I don't have to install and wire up a separate battery monitor to know what is going on with this thing. It easily powers everything I need in my camper just shy of air conditioning which I would not expect any battery system I could physcially fit to actually run... All in all I couldn't be happier with this battery, unless of course it was in the same format with say 600 amp hour capacity... but that is not the case... I can not attest to longevity yet, but I do not see any reason this won't last, and Chins has a good reputation so far so not really worried.

Excellent Battery,,I have two 12v 400Ah connected in series for a 24v system. Definitely has plenty of stable long lasting power. Would definitely purchase more of these batteries from Chins.
