I just got this chicken play ground in the run today. The chickens took to it right away. I put a few treats on it and lifted one of the hens onto the platform. That's all it took for all of them to get the message. I struggled with the decision to purchase it but I am so glad I did. My son in law said it was easy to put together. Lots of pieces! It is very well made and looks like it will last a long time. My husband assembled it in 40 minutes. There isn't much written instructions but if you follow the pictures it is easy to put together. My chickens are young and still not used to change but they were curious, just not ready to get on it. I purchased this one because it was the only one I found that wasn't wooden. I didn't think wood would last very long in the weather. ... show more

I'm really happy with this! It was fairly easy to put together even though there were only pictures. It's nice sized and all but a few small pieces are metal. I have yet to see any of my girls actually get on it, but I still have hope. 😂

A lot of pieces but not hard to put together. The screws for the two swings do not hold even with the washers provided. I’ve put them back together 4 times & they keep falling off, so the swing part is useless unless you maybe use JBweld on them.
