Description
Oyster feeders are an easy way to supplement your laying hens' diet with calcium to improve the hardness and durability of their eggshells. Offering oyster shells to hens separately from their food allows them to eat it if they need it. Grit helps chickens digest their food and should always be offered, particularly if the chickens don't free range. Each feeder can hold up to 3 lbs.

So useful and handy!
We have two separate areas for our chickens. For our secondary spot we needed a holder for grit and oyster shells. These holders are perfect. Tight fitting lids and stand on their own. Love them!!!!! I would recommend them to a friend anytime. The photos are of a Polish chicken and a standard chicken. The coop is a little on the smaller side (would not recommend that coop) and we just use it for our teenager chicks and a place for the big chickens to hang out.

Satisfied Chickens!
These are a great addition for my chickens. They went right to them after filling with grit and egg shells. Sometimes they are scared of new things but not these. They are just the right size and easy to fill!

Love these!!
I love these! Perfect size. I have to say I thought they’d be much bigger but that’s just me not reading the measurements. They’re actually perfect size for grit and oyster shell. I have a flock of 10 and it’s perfect for them. Any more and you might need two sets? I’ve attached a picture of my hand next to it for size!

Great for any chicken coop
I was very pleased with the quality of this product! They even sent screws for attaching to the wall of the coop. great packaging. The two pieces fit together super tight and nice. It's heavy duty PVC or whatever material. Highly recommend. If something happens to this set I will definitely buy again and give to some of my chicken tending friends! HIGHLY RECOMMEND

Perfect for my needs!
Very impressed with these right out of the box! Well made, sturdy, and cute too! Big enough to meet my needs, but small enough to tuck into the coop anywhere. I used a special type of fastener (from a different company) to attach onto the hardware cloth of my coop. Works perfectly! Definitely recommend!

I like it
Only thing I don’t like is the single hole mounting design, tends to swivel around when you try to open it to put the grit and oyster shells in. But all around decent.

Love them!
Love these for my chickens. Kind of small but they are functional and the chicks seem to like them.
