Very easy assembly. Took a few hours but definitely simple. Sturdy. Looks nicer than most of the wooden coops I seen. We added hardware screen along the bottom just to reinforce for bad critters. But the size is perfect for our 7 ladies. And the door is a great size for easy entry.

I would give this a better review but man o man. It was incredibly easy to put together and put the wire on. The bars aren't heavy and they are sturdy enough. I got three one of each size and they all seem safe enough for my chickens even the chicks seem to be fine given its not cold. Now to the bad stuff on why its not a five star. You don't get enough zip ties for one I ended up having to go buy some black nylon car zip ties from Walmart those were sooo nice. The other thing is the door is hate it so much its latch its very difficult to use on the inside and not only that but it only truly opens outwards. It'll open in the coope but only at like a 45 degree angle not all the way which is annoying when your trying to keep chickens in and need to jump out quick the door opening in means anything behind the door cant get out and I find that they aren't quick enough to get out closing it that way too. Another thing the roosting bars are super nice but the bars have indentions and the instructions don't say which side they should be on when putting it together but when you put the bolt and washer through they should be in the indention and the wood bar should be flush against the metal bar. Also the metal bits inside the wood bars can break loose appearntly and if that happens good luck getting it to tighten only had that happen on the first one I put together but yea. The bars do go a certain way one side is longer than the other. They give you this push pins that look like the things that snap the bars in place couldn't really figure out what they went too but the roosting bars have a spot with a hole on both sides I put them there cause that seemed like thats where they went dont know why they'd be there though. Another thing the instructions don't tell you but the washers go on both sides of the bolts when putting them on the door and corner pieces so on the outside and on the side where the nut goes. You get plenty of chicken wire if you do it right I found that if tie the first section then pull it to the end of that section and start zip tying to make it as tight as you can then cut the section at the corner where your bundle is then do the same thing on the next side makes it nice and tight also allows you to kinda reuse the zip ties if you know how to undo them.

Not enough zip ties included, and the zip ties that come with it are kinda flimsy. Otherwise very happy with the chicken coop! Building it wasn't very hard and requires minimal tools.

Easy to assemble and sturdy. Required more zip ties than provided, but that may be because I was being extra careful and not taking chances with wider, unsecured sections of fence. I’m a 5’3, 115 lb individual and was able to assemble it by myself. Bought 2 and wouls buy again.

Nice setup for the price. I needed to have a separate coop for my turkeys to keep them away from my chickens as the chickens will just plain torture the turkeys when they're young and even into early adulthood prior to them being dispatched. I used a small storage shed i already had and added this coop setup to it to help give them some protection and to also keep them pinned in. We have some windy weather where we live and so I added some 4x4's around the bottom to help give it some weight to prevent it from blowing over. I screwed the 4x4s to the lowered frame The small steaks that they provide don't go deep enough to give the coop some real grabbing power to the ground. So far so good. I was able to build this home for my turkeys on a small budget. If it works I will add metal chicken wire over the framing and maybe some fiberglass roofing next spring to turn it into a more permanent structure/habitat for my turkeys that I raise each year for meat. I would have to say that the real only drawback from this whole kit is the door/gate lock. It is very cheap and would be easy for the wind or just the turkeys hitting the gate the right way when they get bigger to dislodge the locking handle for them to escape. I will upgrade the lock in a few days. All in all I would still give it 5 of 5 stars even with the current lock it came with. I was able to put this together by myself in about 2 hours with most of that time being dedicated to placing the chicken wire over the framework. I would say 2 people could do this project in a little more than an hour. Don't skimp on the plastic ties. It's not supper big. They do sell one that is twice the size, but for what I'm needing it for, this size will do.

The frame snaps together quickly and easily which instills a false sense of confidence in whats to come. The instructions are clear and legible until you get to the door assembly- tiny, faint diagrams- that are basically illegible. The included "self tapping screws" are in-fact, not self tapping. They required pre-drilling- which is fine but annoying and there are zero markings so you have to wing the placement and hope for the best. Same deal with the corner supports. The chicken wire is laborious as expected and you will need 2x more zip ties than what is included. The tarp goes on easy enough, but could use a few more grommets.
