I just replaced our old backyard coop with this one. It’s so much stronger and well built than our last one. It is awesome for my little flock. We are only permitted to have 3 hens in our city. As for use as a chicken tractor, I don't believe this would hold up being moved around without modifications to strengthen it. It could work that way if support is added. I don’t intend on moving it.     • Good coop but a bit short.
This is a good beginner coop. It took a bit of time to assemble correctly and it is a bit small for the three chickens we have. We had to add runs and things for them to have enough space. The locks are a bit finicky and they are not the best for using one-handed. However, it is a good beginner coop that we will be upgrading in the future. ... show more

Simple and clear instructions, well made parts & hardware. Nice features. Sturdy with wheels to make moving easier. Nice asphalt roof.

    • Flimsy. Wheels too small.
So flimsy that the lid on the nesting boxes has already broken. The only thing holding the lid on is the lock. Wheels so small that the coop just drags, not roll.

It's cute. However, after 45 days of use the staircase broke off base and the hut itself is breaking. Not easy to move.

Be sure to paint it, I think they only used a primer on it, so I went ahead and painted mine before I put it outside
