I’m so glad I splurged on this straightener because it’s really good quality and CHI flat irons are never a miss. So I’ve been on a hunt for a new straightener for the last year. I have thick, wavy/curly hair long that I often just leave in it’s natural state due to unreliable flat irons. I’ve tried in the last two months alone FIVE different types, and then finally went to this Barbie one. I only chose it for the ability to change temperature (one of the straighteners I tried was another Chi with one setting) , and it was the best decision. I normally don’t write reviews but this morning when tending to some tight curls near my face, I ended up straightening all of my hair in 20 minutes! That’s never been done with my hair specifically before and I was blown away!! On the way to work I even told myself I HAD to write a review on here because of it! So here I am! I’m in my Barbie era, and had to have this straightener! I was disappointed in the vague description and lack of adequate photos. I have taken a photo of the inside of the straightener where the buttons are at. I felt that was an important photo that they didn’t include!
