After a month PC starts to show blue screen and sometimes not even boot up, after 2 months it just die on me do not recommend just waste of money

I had one die after a few days and after ordering another one, it died in under a month. The only nice thing about this adapter is that it has the screw on the top as opposed to the bottom of the board.

After installing this I was never able to get my Samsung 990 EVO to be recognizable to the system and after removing and reinstalling the drive and adapter several times the adapter broke. The little brass nut that holds down the new larger drive came completely off the pcb. I’m disappointed and wish I would have saved the few buck and just bought a 2230 SSD from the start and avoided the hassle. ... show more
