The media could not be loaded. I absolutely love this product! I bought it mainly for the portability, it lasts quite a long time before dying too. It's not very heavy to hold either. I absolutely love the case for it, it's so convenient to have the case to set everything in it & get it all out at once when you need to use it. I like all the functionality it has, I can't wait to use the potato masher. I like the crusher/chopper & the smoothie cup, it has convenient measuring on the side too. I wish it had a handle, could be a cup. Super easy clean up too. The only thing I would change is a speed setting, it's mainly push lightly for a low speed & press hard for a fast speed. I would also make the whisk more secure, the first time I apparently didn't secure it all the way and flew out on the floor. If they would make it so it twists in, it would be more secure. If they had a slow button so things don't splatter as easily & secure the whisk better then it would be perfect! I would definitely recommend this if you get tired of being restricted by cords all the time. I'll post more pics when I use it next time. Such a great product! 😍👍 ... show more

This blender seems to be well made. I have only mixed two smoothie's so far and it did a good job blending, even the frozen berries. My only concern is how long it will keep a charge. We are going to be using it on an upcoming trip in our trailer, I'm hoping I can get a couple of morning drinks mixed before it will have to be charged. I bought this due to the reputation of Chefman, payed a hefty price, assuming it was high quality. It is built well, but out of the case after charging it up, it does not work. And to top it off, there is no customer service for troubleshooting in the literature or online. I could call, but who would I talk to, if anyone…anyone who speaks understandable English.? It is made in China and most products made there are suspect. So, whatever you buy: BE SURE WHEN IT ARRIVES, TAKE IT OUT IMMEDIATELY AND MAKE SURE IT WORKS. There is a return policy, but for ONLY 30 days. A costly lesson learned. I have an update: I contacted Chefman, explained the situation. They needed additional info which I supplied and they replaced the device.So, as I previously said, be sure to immediately check out your purchase and if there is a problem, contact the manufacturer asap. It no longer charges after the first couple times that I charged it. It doesn’t accept any USB-C power source to charge or work plugged in, so it’s a paper weight now. I’ve had it for about 30 days and used it a couple dozen times on scrambling eggs and little things that shouldn’t have been any problem. When it worked, it worked well. I love to cook, and make lots of sauces and soups so why did it take me so long to get an infusion blender? I don't know, but this one is so wonderful and truly has changed my cooking life. It is easy to use (though if you have any issues with your hands such as arthritis or difficulty gripping, it may not be your jam because you need to grip the top of blender stem firmly to engage both buttons to make it work) and blends everything thoroughly in seconds.
