Decent one cup blender. It works pretty good and has some neat features. What I like: can blend and drink from cup. Small and quick to use. Easy to clean up. Dislikes: not very powerful. Develops a weird smell from the motor if you're blending for too long. I really think the motor is a bit underpowered for what it's doing. The cap has a slightly weird fit which could be improved. Overall pretty good for the price, but I would probably invest in a more durable, higher powered one in the future. ... show more

Well, I am just a glutton for punishment. I just ordered this for the 5th time in 3 years. They seem to be pretty good until month 6 or 7. I only blend two things, a milk,-powder-frozen banana smoothie or a milk-powder-ice cube latte. The first time it stopped working, the nylon gear in the base had become shredded and would not catch. I thought this was because I was pressing on the lid so hard to make sure it did not leak. The next time the machine failed, it was the prop support in the cup, which turned but did not engage the blade. . Third time it failed, the blade in the cup was not able to push hard enough to chop the frozen fruit. I had the cup from the previous machine but it only lasted a few months more. This time, the blade does not resist the frozen bananas. It turns if empty, and can swirl liquid around, but the frozen banana, blackberries or ice cubes are too hard. I really am attached to my morning smoothie and love the ease of use of the little blender. Last experiment to keep the next blender alive, I will freeze the bananas in smaller chunks, not in the 5 or 6 inch lengths. ... show more
