The media could not be loaded. We are really enjoying our patio heater! Assembly was very easy and it took less than 20 minutes to assemble. Clear and concise instructions. There is a learning curve to starting the heater but once it starts, it’s very enjoyable. We are not experiencing cold temperatures right now, but it was very warm around the heater. Just the right amount of ambiance for sitting on the patio with your favorite beverage and friends! Clean up after is a breeze! Empty the ash tray and wipe it down (once it cools completely).

This is ideal for on your patio or deck. Lighting it was more difficult than needed. The instructions indicated to use fiber wood to start it. This didn’t work until I saturated the wood fibers with lighter fluid. Then I found that applying lighter fluid directly to the wood pellets worked more quickly. Then I tried using a propane torch directly at the wood pellets and it worked well. You’ll have to be the judge and choose between lighter fluid directly onto the wood pellets or just using the propane torch. Lighter fluid takes less effort but the initial smell may not be pleasant to some.

Its unique and is fire ambiance without the smell but it does take a bit to get it going. And really dont like how the tube is all black after a few uses but i guess it is expected though. Happy i purchased it, just need to engineer it to get it to my specks
