This is a beautiful cart. I wasn’t expecting the top to be removable, but it seems to stay on pretty snug. About 25% of the holes were actually drilled through in advance. The rest seemed to be just tapped with a hammer to show where you should drill a hole, or if you just want to muscle through it like me, I’d suggest wearing gloves. The palm of my hand is still healing from the blister it caused. I’m pretty miffed by the item sent being someone else’s return. They still charged me full priced. The contents were obviously re-taped and shoved back into the box. The broken styrofoam created a snowstorm while unpacking. All of that would have almost been tolerable if one of the boards hadn’t been damaged and the wheels dirty from previous use. I’m not sure how the wheels were used when the boards weren’t all drilled in, so maybe they just took a bunch of defects to make one? Well, big win for the company and a loss for me. I was almost done putting it together when I discovered the dirty wheels and damaged board. It’s too much of a hassle to disassemble it in order to return it, so I guess I will keep the sub standard product that I paid full price for. My only recourse for the deception is this review. Check your stuff in its entirety before putting it together. You cannot trust this company to send you something brand new. ... show more

You get what you pay for. My major annoyance was the screws mislabeled on their plastic baggy they came in. Quality control needs work. The hooks provided for the serving tray were not all painted(see picture provided). The instructions are easy enough to follow but still a bit of a struggle to put together. The “wood” shelves are just a plastic wrap to make it look like wood. The one I received was already peeling. We’ll see how long it holds up. In the long run I’ll probably just get a new wrap and cover it up. Other than the above grievances it’s a nice cart and freed up my shelves where my bottles were previously. Assembling the cart was pretty straight forward and not difficult. My only issue was with the little "dimples" marking the spot for the handles and hooks on the removable tray, they are almost invisible. After limited use the cart seems sturdy and extremely useful. I would recommend this cart.

To say I was surprised at how nice this turned out to be would be an understatement. It's pretty easy to put together, was shipped well, and looks exactly like I expected. It ended up being a tiny bit larger than I'd hoped, due to the handles on the top shelf. The only real issue is with the glass hanging... my large red wine glasses will not fit more than two. The white wine will fit 4, but they'd all be touching. Martini glasses only fit two because they have large bowls. It's probably really good for flutes? I may not use it much anyway, but it's nice to have in case. I'd recommend this. ... show more

Because I only got this to hold some houseplants, I didn’t need anything crazy. I didn’t think this was real wood, but the fake wood is a little more obvious that I expected. This bar car is great in theory, but in practice it is not easy to assemble and feels pretty cheaply made. The pre-drilled holes for assembly are all measured incorrectly, the screws are cheap and strip if their placement is adjusted even once, and the middle shelf doesn’t line up correctly with the metal frame. It seems pretty functional after assembly, but you may want to invest in something easier to assemble and not so cheaply made. ... show more

    • Missing major directions and then discover major components!
So aggravated about this product! Took everything out of the box to find no directions came with this. So decided to try to put it together as it is a Christmas gift and I really need to get it done. During the long processes of building it come to discover it is missing the front and back frame pieces and the top tray!!! Major parts were not received and I am not able to continue building it! I'm disappointed in this product as the screws won't go in the bottom frame at all. It's as if they weren't drilled correctly. So currently I'm unable to use it as it provides no base support. Also, the removable tray doesn't have any pre-drilled holes for the handles to be screwed in. This product could be nice but cheaply made. ... show more
