Description

Chapin's 97154 15-gallon ATV spot sprayer mounts to your standard ATV, UTV or lawn tractor. The 15-gallon tank is weather and chemical-resistant. It’s translucent white so you see the fill level while working and has a 6-inch- wide tank opening for easy filling, mixing and cleaning. The 1.0 GPM Chapin diaphragm pump delivers a maximum pressure of 60 psi. The seals and gaskets handle standard fertilizers, weed control and pest control chemicals and the 18-inch curved poly wand allows you to reach along fence lines and foliage. Boom not included. Made in the USA with global materials and backed by Chapin’s 1-year limited warranty.

This is a great deal. It is Quality made. It has made my life so much easier. I fabricated a boom with four spray nozzles. I have more than enough pressure to run them. I mounted everything on my Husqvarna lawn mower. I installed a cut off valve to the spray nozzles. Also, I put the electrical on/off switch right by the valve. I was really amazed the tank came with all the long wiring, quick connect wiring, battery clips, and electrical on off switch. They did an excellent job building this. ... show more

I bought this unit to replace an earlier version I had purchased. The old one was poorly designed with respect to the fittings securing the pump to the hoses. After about five uses the connections began leaking and because of the pressure in the tank spewed the liquid everywhere. This unit has a totally different approach to connecting the pump to the hoses and it is working flawlessly. Despite the fact that the original unit(the old one) had a higher pump rating this one keeps up with continuous spraying and in my opinion does a better job. ... show more

Worked for 1 day, don’t waste your money. 8 emails with Chapin and two new pumps and it still doesn’t work. If you feel like spending a month troubleshooting and trying to repair a new item this is a great choice.

This tank and pump works great! Yes, all the reviews that say the drain cap needs to be tightened are true - so buy a pair of pliers and your life will be great. I set this tank in the back of a Polaris Ranger and spent the afternoon spraying poison oak, while drinking beer. 100x better than using a backpack sprayer. If you are lazy, like me, you need one of these. Buy it now! Even if you don't need it, buy it anyways because the price is so great.
