I bought the Chapin 20002 to spray chemicals for cleaning gutters and fascia without using water pressure on the house. I needed a low-pressure sprayer that would wet the surface fast and let me move quickly this did the job. It’s light, simple to use, and easy to keep in the car for service calls. Sprays evenly and setup is quick. Only downside: the little trigger piece at the end of the handle is delicate. It popped off on me once while I was working. I pressed it back into place and kept going, but it does feel fragile. Overall, it works well for soft cleaning gutters/fascia. Easy to handle, gets the job done.
