I’ve been using this induction cooktop almost every day in my restaurant kitchen, and honestly, I couldn’t be happier with it. What sold me right away was how simple and practical it is—just clear power level buttons, no touchscreens, no confusing menus. My staff picked it up instantly, no training needed. The cooking surface is a large, flat piece of thick glass—easy to clean and big enough to handle our 10 Quart stockpot and 12 inch frying pan without feeling cramped. It heats evenly across the whole surface, which is something I can’t say for a lot of other hot plates we’ve tried. And because it’s NSF certified, I know it’s built to handle real commercial use and meets the hygiene standards we need. The buttons are great for a busy kitchen—they give solid tactile feedback, even if your hands are wet or a little greasy. Way more reliable than a touchscreen, which can be frustrating when it doesn’t register. And unlike knobs, there aren’t any cracks or crevices where food can get stuck. Super easy to use and even easier to keep clean. This thing’s built solid—nothing flimsy about it. We’ve had it running through lunch and dinner shifts, and it just keeps chugging along without any issues.   • Simple to cook and study quality

This is a solid light-duty portable unit. Of course, the glass top isn’t the most durable, so it can be broken if handled carelessly, but for everyday cooking it performs very well. If you’re planning on heavy commercial-style use, step up to a heavier one. Otherwise, this one is more than enough for kitchens. It ends up on our counter almost every day, often several times a day. What stood out is how intuitive it is. This is one of the most intuitive cooktops I’ve used. Most people could run it without even opening the manual, which is actually quite good. Performance is strong. The lowest power setting, maybe still a touch high to keep food barely warm like hot chocolate warm, but for simmering or cooking it’s fine. Also learned that not all induction-ready pans are equal — cast iron heats beautifully, while enamel or pans with non-ferrous cladding take longer to respond. I’ve had this cooktop for six months. Everything about this product tells you that ChangBERT is a real professional company making the effort to do things right. The Induction Cooktop is first class, with intuitive controls and solid build. It is easy to use, and does exactly what it is supposed to do. Moreover, the packaging is robust and attractive, and the User's Manual is professional, and easy to use. It boils water incredibly quickly, even faster than our old induction unit. The cooking surface is larger than we expected, it easily handles 12 inch big pans or a flat-top griddle. The one-tap power-on is a huge plus. It goes straight into HEAT mode.   • Great Performance, but Needs a 240V Circuit

We bought ChangBERT’s 1800W, 120V induction range a couple years ago, and it’s still our daily go-to, prefect size to fit our counter. This time around, we needed something with high power for boiling big pots of soup fast, so bought to their 3200W model. It comes with a plug that doesn’t fit the typical outlets in U.S. homes and apartments. Needs to set up your power supply because it requires a 250V circuit, which our restaurant installed it. I’ve always wanted more tactile buttons. I’m not a fan of those smooth touch controls, where you’re never sure if you pressed the right spot, or if you had oil on your fingers, or if it even registered. It’s something I’ve dealt with before. But these buttons? Ease of use. They stick up from the surface, so you can feel them without looking, and they make this “click” when you press them right. This should definitely be the standard for Pro-grade commercial products. Energy-saving, faster cooking, holds temp right where we need it, and neither the pot nor the cooktop gets as hot as a regular stovetop. We cook a lot in batches... soups, sauces. I’m not much of a cook, but here’s my story. I grew up with gas stoves and always had them in the house, until I started renting an apartment. The place switched to a glass top range because they required no open flame. It looks nice, but controlling the heat can be tricky, and cleaning it is a hassle. I know a bit about induction ranges from my job, so I figured I’d give it a try as a simple everyday cooking device. I’d already used another brand of cooktop about two years ago, and I’m still using it, but this one seemed simpler and caught my attention. I wasn’t looking for anything complicated. With summer coming up and the need for an additional cooktop for my RV, I wanted something easy to use. So I decided to go with this one. It’s super easy to use. The manual’s detailed, but honestly, it’s so simple I didn’t even need it. Heats up fast, with 10 heat levels. I use the higher settings for fast cooking, like boiling with a 4 qt sauce pan, and set it to levels 5 or 6 for pan-frying with my 10" cast iron skillet to avoid burning the food. The controls are easy to understand, and the glass cooking surface is sealed, making cleanup quick and easy. I’ve had it for about three months now. This simple-to-use cooktop has become my daily go-to at home. The old one is now just a backup in the RV. The old cooktop was near $100, and this one’s a bit more, but for the added convenience, ease of use, and sturdier build, I think it's worth the extra cost. ... show more
