Champion costumer service is great. I've had multiple parts need replaced and they sent them no questions asked and free of charge. Use of the machine. Pro 1) This machine does a very good job. Once it's running I've had no issues. Plenty of pressure. Con; 1) this machine is very heavy. Have a trailer for it. 2) TURN THE GAS OFF! If you've been running it and forget to shut the gas off before you shut it down, It will not start again. You'll throw your back out trying. Let it sit. 3) the handle is to short and hard to push and the plastic tires lean out. ... show more

I was extremely hesitant to purchase a 4200# pressure washer for the price this was. I couldn't find a legitimate one for at least another 250 dollars. I was sure I was missing something but it had the right brass pump straight from Italy, it had the bigger OHV motor, and supposedly a heavy duty hose for the wand. Lets start with the hose. It is a hydraulic hose. I am conflicted though, one part of me is very excited however the other side of me knows I need to roll it up and put it away. Overall the excited part of me is most correct. Crappy hoses busting out is not what you have to worry about. The motor. 390cc and it runs pretty good. It is not a Honda but it runs like it should. I just ran a Champion generator (different motor) for 2 days straight and it performed well and was pretty good on fuel so I feel pretty good about it. After 5 hours of use if there is a bunch of metal in the oil I will report back. The Pump. I previously used a honda with a no name pump. I replaced the pump probably 4 times and it was serviceable. When I was doing my research I came to understand I wanted a Triplex forged brass pump. I then seen in the description: AR (Annovi Reverberi) Commercial-Grade Triplex Brass Head pump is designed for high performance and has a forged brass manifold, providing corrosion resistance. It is a beast. I put the concrete cleaner on and it is literally like a helicopter. I spend a good deal of effort keeping this thing from going up in the air. I am a 50+ year old guy and I called two of my neighbors from out of their yards to check it out. Enough said. For the most part everything is where you would expect it and the detergent tank was of decent placement for protection. If a person wanted to pick apart the price leading 4200# high quality unit I would say the handle connection to the base is the pushpin lock in place that has a lot of play. The machine isn't balanced very well for pulling around but it is pretty stable during use. That's about it. I genuinely wished there was something like this 15+ years ago when I bought my last one. I would have probably been to cheap to buy it. Do your research. Triplex AR pumps last for thousands of hours vs. the others. If taken care of it will be a high performance low cost solution that I can annoy others by constantly bringing up with how happy I bought it and the deal I received. Champion Pressure Washer 100784 3200 PSI Did you ever get that feeling you should not have purchased something? That’s how I feel after purchasing this Champion pressure washer. This unit replaced an old DeWalt that gave many years of problem free service. First, my bad, I did not pay attention to the Amazon return policy for this item. You cannot return it to them! Out the box I had a broken component, Reversal Valve, see photo. Called Champion customer service and waited 50 mins for a rep to pickup. The lady was helpful and registered my machine and promised a 2 day deliver for the component. Great, not so fast as there was no follow through nor did I receive the promised tracking info. After a few days I again called customer service and spoke with a different rep. Found out my original call did not generate the required shipping action. I inquired about a refund and the answer was Champion does not give refunds. There was no offer of support from a Champion service center. Promised again to ship 2 day delivery. Did receive tracking a day later, a Friday so would be the following week before the part arrived. Received part but no instructions on how to replace it. Manual is not up to par so it was of no help. Was able to replace the part and prepped the machine for use after 8 days from original recipe of the unit from Amazon. Assembled the hose and wand, attached a water supply and fired it up. Walla, the provided hose blew an O ring immediately. Have never lost an o ring with the DeWalt all the years it was in service. I changed hoses and fired it up again, started immediately. I have an in-line pressure gauge and noticed I had a load PSI just shy of 2000 PSI and 2500 PSI at idle. The machine is rated for 3200 PSI. The manual has no mention of how to regulate the pressure setting. One last point of consideration-wheels. They are large which makes for easy movement but the rim is plastic and a little wobbles after attachment. There is no metal bushing through the plastic just a hole for the bolt to pass through. Cost cutting I suppose. I would not recommend this to a friend. ... show more
