The second bottle of pool shock does not contain the active ingredient. There is no chlorine smell and no effect on pool free and total chlorine levels. A test strip dipped into full strength liquid shows minimal free and total chlorine. Because I opened and used the 2nd bottle outside of the 30 day return window, the seller is unable to help me. Lesson learned - check both bottles immediately upon arrival.
