This item came with no instructions to assemble. I had to download online. It’s didn’t state anywhere, either in description or downloaded instructions that you need an additional extensions pack that cost almost $100 for garage doors over 7ft. I didn’t realize this until the unit is partially assembled and partially mounted. The rails are very difficult to disassemble once assembled, so adding the extra length is not going to be an easy process. I have half a mind to disassemble the unit and return it for a refund. Beware of misleading specifications. I have no idea how well it works as it has been partially assembled in my garage for a week now while waiting for extension to arrive. I am unable to use my garage until it is either fully assembled or fully is assembled. I suggest looking at other brand with better specifications before you purchase.

Very good, just as described, programming took longer, took me about a hair over 4 hours, in my mid 60s, and no help, but I got it done. The only downside was that the Wall Control Panel that goes by the kitchen door was Locked, couldn't get it Unlocked, Defective. But other than that, it is new, works great, key pad and remotes too. Happy Camper. Waiting for more info.

Out of the 2 units purchased one was obviously an open box. Already had a battery installed in compartment that had a 1 year old date on it, screws were not were they were on the unopened unit but loose in box, ect. Took the risk of installing it anyway thinking maybe they at least inspected and repaired any issues. But after all that work found unit was defective and would not work. Not happy with this vendor to send out a returned unit as a new unit without even testing.

Just received product and didn't find-out until starting to install that this doesn't work for a 7 foot door without a $61 add-on rail extension kit. I find this this very deceiving and I am very disappointed. This is not listed in the "Product Details" or the "Item Details".
