  • Works perfectly.
I bought this opener to replace the opener that came with my Chamberlain because the original did not have the automatic close feature. Super easy to swap one for the other. Easy setup. Works perfectly.

  • Auto close is great
I purchased this specifically for the Timer-to-Close (TTC) feature, which my current Chamberlain opener lacked. The ability to set a custom closing time is fantastic. It provides peace of mind after an incident where someone left the garage door open overnight. While we’re in a good neighborhood and nothing happened, it’s a risk I’d rather avoid. The TTC feature ensures the garage door closes automatically after a set time (customizable to your preference). However, it’s important to note that the door will close unless the safety sensors detect an obstruction, so make sure nothing is in the way of the sensors. Installation: The installation process was straightforward: 1. Turn off the power at the breaker. 2. Connect the wires using the W (white) or R (red) wire indicators on the back of the unit. 3. Secure the unit in place with screws. 4. Turn the power back on. Once installed, it’s ready to use. The included paper manual is easy to follow for setting adjustments as needed. Overall, the TTC feature is a game-changer for preventing accidental security lapses, and the easy installation process makes this a practical and valuable upgrade. ... show more

  • Perfect replacement
The original wall mounted opener finally stopped working properly after almost 10 years. This was a perfect replacement. Very easy to install. Remove old one from the wall and remove the control wires from the back of the old one and replace with the new one.

  • Fixed a major problem
My garage door was opening and if open would close, seemingly at radndom. Looked like it could be the remote control or the main circuit board in the unit. Could not determine which was the problem. Replacing the remote was the easiest to accomplish so did that. It turns out the remote was the issue. ... show more
