easy to use and works great
Model: RA-4
I use this for my DJing events and it works great. The sound is so much better with this mixer and it was easy to connect to my dj controller. The mic is clear and can still be heard from a distance. I am very pleased with this purchase.

Works Decent enough at what it does its small and portable and can serve as a decent backup
As a first-time user of this audio mixer, I found it to be a decent device with several notable features. Whether you’re using it standalone or connecting it to external devices like a computer or phone, the mixer handles multiple inputs and delivers a satisfactory signal. Let’s dive into the details: • Inputs: 8 options, including XLR, RCA, 3.5mm, and Bluetooth. • Outputs: 4 options, including stereo and mono. • Pros: o Flexible for connecting multiple devices. o Portable design. • Cons: o No EQ control or panning. o Lack of mute buttons. o Limited loopback function. • Additional Notes: o Audio signal flexibility. o Likely operates at 16 or 24-bit bitrate. o Decent build quality for the price.

Stopped working, no warranty
All was working for 2 months, then suddenly it stopped working. Tried to contact seller but failed. So I contacted amazon, and was given me a partial refund. Had to choose it since I have no options left. Better buy a better brand if you want to last.

no support
Model: RA-4
One of the mics did not work. I asked the seller if they would replace just 1 mic. They said they would then ignored it. After I did not hear from them I contacted amazon and they said to return it. I did and glad they didn't replace 1 mic. The unit works but it's poorly made.
