Excellent customer service!
Color: Cream White; Gold Base Size: 3PCS
The media could not be loaded. These chairs are absolutely beautiful! One of the chairs came defective, I liked the chairs very much and didn’t want to return. I contacted the seller about the issue, and they sent me another chair right away. The customer service is above and beyond! I definitely recommend these chairs to anyone who hesitates. I love these chairs. Very easy to assemble. They are as pictured and the up/down functionality works. They are also comfortable.

Not wide enough for adults
Color: Grey; Chrome Base Size: 4PCS
Chairs are really pretty and elegant. My only issue is I wish they were a bit bigger. They are not wide enough and the side pieces from the back part dig into your hips. Can't sit all the way back because of that. They are definitely perfect for children but adults may have a hard time because of how narrow they are. I'm 5'2" 160lbs and can't sit all the way back. ... show more

Beautiful and elegant chairs. Great quality and super soft! I had an issue with the height adjuster not working but that's because I didn't realize that there was a black cap on BOTH ends of the pole that needed to be removed. Customer service was helpful and fast replies.

This is a review after having them for about 5-6 months. Im giving a 3 start because for the amount I paid I expected them not to get rust by the 3rd month and the screws get lose and fall every month or so. Otherwise, they do make my dinning area look nice. The seat itself is very comfortable.

I was a little skeptical after reading some of the reviews but I went for it and got a set of 4 and I have no regrets so far. It was also so easy to set up, all tools provided which is pretty cool. Love the chairs and the leather does not look like leather which I love. They are perfect for my kitchen island. I also like that I can disassemble if moving to avoid any scratches. Again, I love the chairs. 😍 ... show more
