I've been using this pillow for a little over a week now and absolutely fell in love it immediately. I already bought myself a second one! I bought this when I had extreme neck and shoulder pain had it shipped overnight and started use after about 12 hours after opening from package. It's also packaged very nicely. I didn't notice any weird smells at all. It foamed up almost instantly after releasing from the packaging, it does recommend 24 hours before using, but as I said I used it after 12 hours and it was perfect. Even only using it for a few nights, my neck and shoulder pain have subsided already. It's such a nice pillow, so soft, but not too soft and not flimsy at all, it definitely holds your head well, it really feels like resting on a cloud. This pillow is perfect!! Love the cover on it as well, very soft material, hope it stays nice after washing. Love the thickness and design of the pillow. Well worth the sale price and it seems like it will last a long time. Super easy to setup, just open package, wait, and is ready to use. The customer service from the company is also very top notch! You would not regret purchasing this cloud like pillow, no need to be on the fence about it, just do it! :)

I was worried I would have to get used to the pillow for a week or two because that's what the instruction inserts says, but it was so comfy and I adjusted in one night. I didn’t expect a pillow to make this much of a difference, but this one genuinely surprised me. I’ve struggled with shoulder and neck pain for a while, especially waking up with stiffness in the morning, and after switching to this pillow I noticed a difference within the first few nights. The shape supports my neck in a way that actually keeps everything aligned, so I’m not constantly readjusting throughout the night. One of my favorite things about it is how cool it stays. I tend to run hot when I sleep, but this pillow somehow stays cold and comfortable all night, which makes falling asleep so much easier. Since I got it, I’ve been sleeping deeper and waking up without that usual tightness in my neck and shoulders. It feels supportive but still soft, and overall it just makes my bed feel way more comfortable. Definitely one of the best sleep upgrades I’ve made.

Opened this new try in my search for the perfect cervical pillow (appears to be well made, no visual issues) & let sit overnight as instructed. Next day, absolutely no chemical smell & memory foam was firm to the touch yet conformed comfortably to my head & neck. I normally wake up after about 4-hrs of sleep on previous pillows, but first night on this one I lasted around 6-hrs before waking up and without the usual headache & neck pain (just a little stiff neck, to be expected while getting used to it). Next night, woke up after approx 7-hrs and again, no headache, but this time no stiff neck. Third night (last night), I lasted just over 8-hrs and again, no head or neck aches...YAY! Also seemingly missing is the annoying earache that happens on a regular basis with the other pillows I've tried. This design seems to alleviate pressure on my ears no matter which side I sleep on. So far, so good...two thumbs up baby!!

I got this pillow on sale for $29.99 and I have to say, I’m actually impressed. I’d say for that price this pillow is more than worth it. First, the bare pillow so soft, I don’t even want to put a pillow case on it. I may give the one they sell a try. As for support, the crevice where your head goes is just the right size, and the dual humps that support your neck are two different sizes, which allows you to choose which height is best for you. Also, if you have Obstructive Sleep Apnea, this pillow might be the one for you. As a fellow sufferer, I find that if I tilt my head up while using the larger hump, I breathe a bit easier. Pair that with a CPAP Machine, and the relief is noticeable. Although, this is with personal experience, I am not a doctor. For cons, If you’re a side sleeper, it’s a bit difficult to find a comfortable position. The humps tend to push into your neck causing slight discomfort. Also, I think this pillow might be better if it was a tad bit more firm to add extra neck support, but as it is, it’s not terrible. Overall, it deserves the high star ratings it has. I am thoroughly enjoying sleeping now that I have this pillow. I wish I found it sooner!

The price is decent, but I am going n the petite side and have sufferer with chronic muscular skeletal pain in my shoulders, neck and arms. I originally bought this one for me, but passed it along to my husband who is bigger than me and also was recommended to get a cervical pillow from his Chiro after having a if pain. Hopefully it works better for him, but it just wasn't right and too talk for me and after one night woke up with even more discomfort. Do your research because all cervical pillows take about two weeks to get adjusted to and you can have pain during that time as your muscles are doing different things than what their used to.
