I lost the lower curve of my neck. This triggers TMJ & dominant shoulder issues, creating a feeling of my head being fused to my neck. Doctors have been doing cortisone shots in tight knots for years. I bought this on Prime Day. I was shocked: after 3 minutes of use the first time (pictured above), I could open my jaw! I could feel the air filling my lungs; my diaphragm was moving! The initial pain at the base of my skull melted away within seconds. I could move my neck & keep my shoulder still! I could use a bed pillow again! After 3 days of 3-minute routines, I increased to 5 min per session. I was blown clear out of the water at how I can now open my jaw without difficulty. The pervasive pain at the skull base, which the chiropractor treats when I complain of urinary urgency, is melting away. It melts away for several hours! My doctors are pleased! I'm now doing 10 min twice a day on days that I work, bending over electronics. It is the difference between falling asleep & waking every hour to use the bathroom or repositioning my body. I can't believe that I don't need to wear incontinence devices anymore! I am telling everyone about this. Who knew that I could naturally treat my nerve interference for under $30?

At first I thought it would not help. However it does give me relief. I try to use it daily as I sit at my desk all day. My shoulders aren’t as tight as it use to be.

I’ve had some aching and inflammation in my shoulder from sitting at a computer most of the day. It was so bad recently that my neck would start popping/cracking and I’ve even been slouching a lot more. The first time I used this, I turned my head to the left and right while I was laying back (not sure if you’re supposed to do that but I really felt I needed to) and my neck/shoulder cracked instantly giving me much needed relief. Since then I’ve been using it a few times a day along with a yoga wheel to stretch my neck/back and the pain has been much more tolerable if not gone at times. My neck hasn’t cracked again like the first time I used it, but I really believe those first few cracks were what I needed this whole time. Definitely try this out if you have similar neck/shoulder pain, and if you’re slouching a lot I recommend a yoga wheel too. Using both to stretch daily has helped so much.

This contraption did help stretch out my neck after long drives, but it is really uncomfortable on the head. If I stay on it too long it leaves a sore spot on my scalp.

I am not sure how this is supposed to work, when you place it under your neck, it fits your neck, like your propping your head up. Zero stretch, I even had my husband try it and same thing. Save your money.
