I ordered this pillow because I was waking up with should and back pain every morning as well as tossing and turning all night long. I have used this pillow for a few nights and I am no longer waking up in pain and I am sleeping in one position much longer. I am mostly a side sleeper and needed a pillow with enough height to support my neck when on my side as I have broad shoulders. This pillow fits me perfectly. I also find it comfortable for sleeping on my back as it supports my neck. It is made of foam and is soft but firm enough to support. When I took it out of the package it immediately fluffed and it doesn’t have any smell. I would definitely recommend trying.

I’ve been using this cervical pillow for a couple of weeks now, and it’s made a noticeable difference in my neck pain and sleep quality. The contour really supports my neck and keeps my spine aligned. I wake up feeling less stiff and more refreshed. The material is soft yet firm enough to hold its shape through the night. The only reason I’m giving it 4 stars instead of 5 is that it took a few nights to get used to the shape, and I wish it was just a bit cooler—sometimes it gets a little warm. But overall, I’m happy with the purchase and would recommend it to anyone struggling with neck or shoulder discomfort.

Awesome pillow, I especially like that it allows me to sleep on my side without my arms or hands falling asleep. It is also excellent for sleeping on my back and provides amazing neck support. I do occasionally have to switch between this pillow and a softer pillow, it can get a little stiff every couple of days. It's very cool temperature-wise throughout the night, which I like. My neck and shoulder area generally feel better and pain-free when I sleep with this pillow and I think its due to the support it provides.

After researching cervical pillows, I finally chose the Bespillow. I love how the cooling effect it has and that it is well made. It definitely gives my neck so much support, and it is firm yet quite soft. You can rotate it which gives different heights depending on whether you sleep on your side or back. My friend bought this pillow after it was recommended to her by someone else. She raved about it, so I bought one and it's GREAT! I always had lower back pain when I slept on my back and needed to put a pillow under my knees. The first time I used this pillow, I had no pain in my back and I've been sleeping thoroughly and comfortably the whole night through. The one note I have is that the pillow is not necessarily cooling. It might be a little better than a standard pillow, but should not be considered cooling. Otherwise, it's a great item!
