I have seven ring cameras and this one would just not connect to my WiFi. There was a QR code on the outside of the camera that would just not connect. I was about to call Ring when I took the back plate off the camera to reverse it, when I saw another QR code on the inside. It had different numbers on it than the outside code. I used the new code I found on the inside and it worked.

I love the Ring products and throughout our home. However, the refurbished Ring Spotlight Cam Pro that I received would not connect to our system no matter what I did. I am very tech savvy and know what I am doing. I returned the refurbished item and ordered a new Ring Spotlight Cam Pro and it connect easily as intended. Our family is a big believer in buying refurbished products, but as far as this item goes, we will never buy another refurbished Ring Spotlight Cam Pro again.

Does not work on ring spot light camera. Wish I tried prior to return window closing. Both batteries charge and then won’t power on camera.
