We love this tripod for taping outside - whether for garden videos or for taking videos of the grandboys, this is great. It has the ability to go tall or shorter, but also does great over head shots, AND the feet are easily set up to be different levels if needed for uneven ground, which we have a lot of. This one fits phone plus Judith's wider, taller phone as well. We can also adapt some fittings to it and attach our camcorder OR a holder for a tablet. HOWEVER, the table tends to weigh heavy on this tripod, so it can only be used low. AND carefully. This one can also hold a microphone if need be. GREAT addition to our video repertoire.

This product is somewhere between a selfie stick and a traditional tripod. Its weight is closer to a selfie stick and without the gooseneck attached, it is very sturdy for its size. The clamping design makes it much more secure than the friction lock selfie sticks. Unfortunately, It packs down to a bulkier size that is comparable to a small travel tripod. So, while this product is more lightweight than a tripod, it will take about the same amount of space in your bag. If it packed down smaller like other selfie sticks I would consider it to be a very good product, but if it is going to take up as much space as a regular tripod in my bag, I would rather just get a regular tripod that is going to be more stable. So, I guess what I'm saying is if you want a lightweight stabilizer and you aren't concerned about size, this seems to be a good-quality product for the price and could be a good option. If you want something that will take up minimal space in your bag, then this is a lot bulkier than other selfie sticks/tripods that I've tried before.

I use my old cellphone as my main webcam, and I needed something like this SO bad. Not a ton of options out there for me without getting a cellphone adapter for my existing setup. This made everything so much easier. Seems to be quite well made, and an excellent price! Would recommend.

I have been wanting to do a tutorial for crafting on YouTube. I have been collecting equipment that can help in this matter and this was no exception. It’s very exciting when I got it and saw how flexible it was, and that it can move in a variety of ways. I was able to station it above the card that I was working on to capture video that was up close and perfect for tutorial. I can see multiple uses for this device and I like that it holds my phone securely and where I place it without moving. Overall, a great tool to have in your arsenal for very reasonable price.
