Another stunning Table Lamp by the Urlights Brand. This small - 7.87"D x 7.87" W x 11.4"H - Ceramic Table Lamp has a gorgeous, weighted matte jade color base in a pattern called "Bamboo Leaf." The lampshade is a beautiful, misty-white, opaque, frosted glass with raised vertical ribs that stream down the shade, ending with a delicate scalloped edge. A lovely mid-century, vintage vibe. I want to highlight the two most prominent aesthetic features of this lamp. First, the ceramic base is crafted from high-density, fired-glazed, and substantially weighted ceramic that sits atop a non-slip, wood/brass base. The ceramic design features a deep-textured, stylized leaf pattern. The site states the ceramic base is "scratch-resistant [and] fade-proof." A sign of high-heat ceramics glazing. The color is "teal," however, I believe it's more of a jade blue. Teal green? Maybe. Second, the glass shade is exquisite, which this Brand/Seller produces really well. The misty, frosted glass lampshade is thick and not what I would call delicate. Which is a plus. The ribbed, scalloped design diffuses light evenly while maintaining its structural integrity. This is a cute, very well made petite lamp. The shade is frosted glass and the base is ceramic. The color is very appealing. I'm not sure yet where I am going to put it due to it's small size. I need just the right place and I'm sure I will find it. On line it shows people using it on their bedside tables; but in my opinion it's too small for a bedside table lamp . The lamp has a dimmer switch on the cord to adjust the brightness of the lamp. Black cords are a pet peeve with me. I really wish lamp manufacturers would use clear cords on their lamps. I don't like seeing black cords going down the wall. A clear cord would look so much better. Just my opinion. I wish they made this lamp in different sizes. I'd like it a little bigger. Overall this lamp has more pros than cons. I gave 4 stars due to the black cord and small size. ... show more

This is second lamp Ive gotten like this (just different colors) and straight out of the gate I will say....ORDER THIS. The quality is that of what you'd find in the years gone by. It is CHEFS kiss! The shade is SOLID glass. And the base is weighted ceramic to be able to support the glass canopy. It even comes with a lightbulb! The cord is convenient because it has a dial (see pic) where you can also choose to dim this wayyyy down low for ambient lighting or nice and bright! The base also has a non slip base which is great if you have furry ones who might brush passed this. I tried to get a picture of the thickness if the canopy. I just continue to be impressed by the craftsmanship of this company. Because the pricepoint is more than fair for the quality that your recieving! As for the color on this one is is very much a blueish green lighter color blue. If its not for you check their page because they have other options too! ... show more

This is a very pretty ceramic-base lamp. The frosted glass shade diffuses light just enough to make this perfect for evening reading with a low-blue warm bulb. The corded rheostat gives me control over how much light it produces, but I imagine that most of my use is going to be as a reading lamp at 100%. This lamp is really cute and looks great on a nightstand or desk. The bamboo leaf pattern is subtle but pretty, and the frosted glass gives off a soft, cozy light that isn’t harsh at all. The media could not be loaded. The lamp is higher quality than I was expecting. It's pretty hearty in the hand. No instructions but I was about to figure out assembly. The dimmer switch feels a little cheap, so I docked a star for that and also for the bulb that came with it. It wasn't marked as a dimming bulb. Also, on the side of the box it says the bulb isn't suitable for dimming so I don't know why they'd include it, with that said. I still used the bulb since I didn't have a different one to use. Aside from that all, the shade is probably the heaviest part, so the lamp is top heavy but I didn't have any fears of accidentally knocking it over as it sits on its base really well.
