Did 4 8oz Steaks, 4 bacon wrapped jalapeños, & 2 Brats on the first go at the same time - turned out excellent & exceeded my size capacity expectation being the 15” model. Just ordered a heat dispersion stone plate and can’t wait to try out a 10” homemade pizza. This grille is heavy and not meant to be moved around much so plan ahead for that.
