This is an excellent smoker and bbqer. I am so glad that I bought it, even though it is pricey. Well made and heavy. Everything that I have cooked on it has turned out delicious! I called the company for some support the first time I used it and they were very helpful. Just be sure to use high quality lump charcoal or you will have to reignite it every few hours of smoking. We are blown away by this grill I cant say enough . We got this for the beach house as metal grills rust fast there. This grill is so good when our main house grill goes out we will replace it with this. Once heated this grill will stay at 400 degrees for hours even the next day it was still at 100 after sitting all afternoon and night with no added fuel. Ordered Aug 9. Received Sept 18. After assembly I found the lid was cracked, I hadn't even tightened the screw yet just popped it through and started the nut. Other than that it seems good. If you don't want to wait forever just spend the extra and get a name brand.
