The way the front poles are designed don't allow for them to swivel from side to side. The Gym is "almost nice" What I mean by that is my gym arrived. But was missing a floor plate. It strengthens and stabilizes the front pulley rods. (The ones that don't swivel) I called support several times now but have yet to see the missing floor plate. I'm tired of contacting support on this matter. So I'm writing my review on the gym. It's not complete. Good support is going to be integral for this purchase. There are other crossover machines for half the price but I wanted This one! Maybe I can go to a welder or a home Depot to find something to stabilize my gym once and for all. Doesn't seem like anyone at support cares to help fulfill my purchase order. Update: woo-hoo! I received the missing foot plate! I put it on, tightened up the rest of the nuts & bolts. We love this home gym! My high school kids and myself use it daily. Very easy and convenient to use. I also found it fairly simple to assemble if you have any kind of mechanical experience. Overall this is a great system to hit all the muscle group.

Bought this on Walmart, this thing has nowhere near the range of motion as shown in the videos. Every movement the weight stack slams to the top before you complete the rep.
