I am very pleased with this ceiling fan! It is attractive, runs quiet, and seemed to be easy to install (it was done by my handyman), although getting the transmitter and wires in the base was a bit of a snug fit. The remote is great with good instructions and also pretty intuitive. You CAN dim or brighten the lights and the remote will remember your last setting including your color temperature preference. You also can turn off the beep so you don't have to hear that every time you press the buttons. There is a timer function which I haven't used yet but will come in handy for 1-, 4-, and 8-hour increments. It also has a wind mode which changes the speed of the fan in case you like that sort of thing. The fan moves the air well with 6 settings and is peaceful and quiet for the lower settings and very stable all the way through the higher settings. I doubt I will ever use more than level 3 as I don't need to be in a wind tunnel, but it will definitely work well if you want a lot of air movement! The light, even at the brightest setting, isn't super bright but it works well enough for me as I have lamps in the room so keep that in mind if you are wanting a really bright light. Included are two pole lengths to use depending on how tall your ceilings are.     • Good fan, not great. One of three stopped working

Nice fan. Easy to assemble and install. I installed 3 this month and so far only 1 with issues. When fan starts is supposed to spin back a little then change direction ans speed up. My one fan dances front and back at start up then stops all together. No binding, no noises besides a click each time it tries to speed up. No number to call. Ordered replacement fan and received in 3 days. Next step remove faulty fan and ship back to Amazon before June 6th or get charged. Anyone else suffer from dancing fan? UPDATE: Downloaded app but fan would not pair due to no signal from receiver after plug in/switch on. Replaced receiver and remote, optest satisfactory. Lessons learned: each fan has its own remote. If you have 2 or more fans you cannot use one remote for all fans. ... show more

This fan came well packaged. It was easy to install and the instructions not only were clear, but also included a qr code to watch an installation video. The parts feel solid and went together easily with no issues. I have an angled ceiling so I definitely was hoping that this would work well and it did. Not that I know the angle of my ceiling but the fan touts a 22degree limit. I put it up in my living room and it pushes enough air no problem where I don't feel like I needed longer fan blades. The function of the fan is super quiet. The remote works very well and as well, has an app that you can use. I like the 3 different lights you can choose (warm, cool, natural) plus a dimmer and timer function. To get a fan with a remote and all these features for $50 on sale was a great deal.
