Update: We purchased two of these ceiling fans. After 5 months the fan on one of them quit. The other one is still working. I’m keeping my fingers crossed it continues. They were both in the living room. I contacted customer service. They agreed to let me return it for a refund. They show it was received by them on June 5th. It said refund would be issued by June 13th. On that day it changed to refund being issued on June 23rd. Here we are on June 29th and still no refund. I hate to have to buy the exact same fan again, but we had two of them in our living room. We absolutely love the look of this ceiling fan. We bought two for our living room. We really haven’t had a chance to use it much because we’re remodeling a home we just purchased. The light is nice and bright.

I bought 4 of these fans. They were easy to set up and use, though there are two conflicting documented methods to program to the controller to a specific fan, of which neither of them are correct. The correct method is rather obvious... use the "Program" button (duh) on the controller rather than the other two documented buttons. When turning on the fans with the power switch, they always come up with the fan off and the lights on. It would be nice to have the option to have them store their last operational mode and come up that way.

If you are looking for a sleek, quiet and powerful fan this one's for you! I ordered one for every room in the house including two for my living room which I was able to program and control with one remote. The color changing/dimmable light is also a nice feature. Did I mention they move a ton of air! UPDATE: although I love the amount of air movement and the color changing dimmable features I have to say it's very annoying that the light turns on automatically every time the power flickers! I installed these in every room of my vacation home in another state and every time the power goes out and comes back on every single light comes on and stays on until I return for a visit which could be months. Until then my home is lit up like fort knox all day and night using excessive amounts of electricity. I wish there were a way to disable this feature. Because of this annoying feature I took away a star for the rating.

I ordered 4 of these to put up in my new house. They work great. Excellent air movement, dimmable light, easy to put up and use! One arrived with a cracked lampshade piece and the seller was quick to send a replacement! A very good experience all around!

Simple to assemble. We were so excited about this, it looks exactly like the photo. BUT we got it installed, and the light won't work. We tried taking it down and reinstalling it, but it still won't work. The fan is great We just don't have light.
