awesome fan, easy to install, very quiet! 8/25/25 want to follow up on this purchase because how awesome this fan had been. After using it for almost 2 months, we are completely satisfied with the product. It's ultra quiet, even at speed 6. It came with balancers, which none of the fans I recently ordered/replaced do, crazy thing is that the ones doesn't come with these accessories do wobble after a month or two, this one does not at all! I do feel speed 1 can be slower, I want to keep it on all day for the summer to help air circulate better to the rooms without using too much electricity, but it's no big deal. This summer I bought 3 fans in total, this is the only one that doesn't come app controlled, the other 2 fans came with the app which was pretty handy. I bought this fan to try out because another expensive fan I bought I cannot even install it. Being this fan is on the living room, I don't miss the app control all that much, it's pretty much set and forget. Just want to give this update to this fabulous fan, thumbs up again! ... show more

Just installed this ceiling fan. It is very easy to install by following the video and detailed manual provided. The light is super bright and have 3 different colors to adjust. Also the fan is very quiet that I can hardly notice it when it is on. Everything is pretty good.

    • Wiring Issue

I just installed this fan yesterday... it was fairly easy, I followed the video, and things went smoothly until the time to hook up the wiring. There is no wiring diagram, just a grainy picture and the video. I could not tell where the wires went from the video on my phone. I had to watch it on my computer to see what was happening. A better image would have saved some time. You will need a very small phillips screwdriver to install the wires in the plastic wiring block.. I was unable to get the wires to hold in the block with the exception of the ground wire, so I just used wago connectors to join the black and white wires... wire nuts would have worked as well. It took me a bit of time to remove the old one and install this new unit, but it came with all the parts needed and clear instructions. Once installed, I was impressed right away. The fan runs very quietly, which makes it perfect for the bedroom. The remote control is convenient, and I love the options for adjusting both the fan speeds and the lighting (dimmable with 3 color temperature choices).     • Very Easy to Install IF You Watch Video!

WAIT! Trust me when I tell you to look at the instructions and follow the recommendation to watch the two minute video. Had I done this instead of asking ChatGPT to walk me through install, I would have saved probably two hours. I purchased two of these and the second one took about 45 minutes to install. I think these are super quiet (wouldn't mind if they were a bit louder for the white noise). It's great to have a remote AND an app to control them. I think they look great too and love the low profile. I rarely rave but I like these - will likely buy a couple more! ... show more

Two problems with this fan. First, the holes in one of the blades were drilled off center. I had to enlarge the hole with a file to get it to fit. Then once it was installed I found out the housing was so badly bent that the rotating assembly rubbed against the housing. I returned it. I would not buy this fan. ... show more
