So far, so good. Installation was pretty straightforward. It has been working for two weeks with occasional use so I am hoping it lasts. I didn't set up the app. Once the fan/light were connected correctly, it worked with the remote right away. Somewhat flimsy, but I've recently replaced three circa-early-2000s Hunter fans with heavy bases and multiple glass shades so I was honestly grateful for the light weight and plastic blades (and no bulb replacements). The varying speeds seem like they will keep the room cool. The size was right for the room - the room is about 15x14. I wouldn't go any smaller for aesthetics. Sorry that the picture doesn't show the light - I wasn't taking it for the review - light works well and dims. Helps to have another person for a few minutes at the last step of connecting the wires and hanging the fixture. This one did not have a pin or hook to free up your hands...

I bought three of these fans to update my very outdated fans. These are exactly what I expected. They are small and don't come down too far which is what I needed. They are powerful and have a lot of speeds. The lights are pretty good too, although I rarely use overhead lights. They seem similar to other LED lights I have used. These were easy to install as well. The hardest part was figuring out how to remove the old fans. My only complaint was the instructions were printed very lightly and so it was a little hard to see but it wasn't really an issue and it all felt pretty intuitive to me. Overall, these were very affordable, and the white blends right in with my ceiling. They are quiet and overall so much better than the large clunky ones I had before.

The fan is amazing, but I had to give it four stars for the lack of installation instruction. The âmanualâ I received was missing most of the text and the âeasy plug inâ wiring was so tiny that I ended up just stripping the ends off and wiring it directly. It looks and functions great though! Quietest fan motor Iâve ever used! Even at high speed. For installation, I definitely recommend watching their Youtube video. Much better than the paper instructions!

Stopped working after about 5 months. This was not used very often in a guest room. Would not recommend, due to dependability. Now no way to return FollowupâŠafter submitting initial review, merchant reached out to me for more information. They ended sending a new fan, which has worked fine since installed. Not 100% sure about longevity of product, BUT the customer service was EXCELLENT. They stood behind the product! That says alot. Thank you so much!

This fan looks sleek, great size for small rooms. It's noisier than all my other ceilings fans, we bought a balancing kit to keep blades from wobbling but I still only max at level 4 b/c of noise. Overall, for the money, the FAN portion is good and the remote is handy. My extreme disappointment is with the light, there's no way I believe the brightest setting is daylight 6k. I don't care for "warmer" lights and on it's coolest mode isn't quite daylight compared to my others. The 5k light I replaced this with was much brighter and "Whiter/daylight". As an overhead light it doesn't provide enough brightness to satisfactorily light my office (which is only an 8ft x 9.5ft room) but it was too much work to install so I'm just living with it and adding a lamp. End of the day, you get what you pay for, and this is a decent buy for the money.
