Edit: Customer service contacted me shortly after this review. Their team did a fabulous job of making sure my needs were met and that I was taken care of. While having to put in the effort to return an item this big is daunting, they made the process of fixing the issue smooth and efficient. The chair is comfortable but I wanted one that also leaned back as pictured. The chair only goes back a few degrees not 90 to 110. "Executive chairs" at Staples will run you twice this much and still require a lot of fussing, so the value proposition is good here if you're willing to put the time into building it carefully. The $100 price point means the materials aren't quite as robust as they could be; be careful not to overtighten and ensure that you're doing things correctly the first time since things might not disassemble as nicely as they assemble the first time. Once built properly, the adjustments all work as intended and things are fairly stable. The chair's used by a smaller, lighter person, so these comments are with that experience in mind - weight and height may vary your mileage.
