We’ve had a Breville Barista for more than 10 years, but when it broke, we did not have the money to buy another one. We decided to try this one since it was affordable and we liked the way it looked. We are very pleased with it, it’s compact and easy to use, not too noisy and the coffee is very good. The machine itself is plastic, so not very heavy. It does not come with the tamper or the milk cup, so we kept ours from our old breville. I just opened got it and literally nothing works. The reviews seemed really good, so maybe I just got a bad espresso machine… but literally nothing works. I have followed all the directions step by step. All it does is vibrate and make a bunch of loud noises. Very disappointed, it will be returned.

Great color, so far very happy with this machine. Only issue I've found is fiddling with the coffee filter so it doesn't fall out of the holder when I tamp it into the garbage to empty the used grounds. Great that it has a water tank that is enough for 3 coffees, I do two full runs for each cup. Makes crema really well and foamer heats milk quickly. ... show more

Oh my goodness! Where has this thing been all my life? The instructions are crap and the translation from Chinese doesn’t make any sense for an English speaker. But I figured it out anyway. I’ve only had it a week but have had the best coffee of my life. I always enjoyed a coffee house purchased latte and now have it at home everyday. Makes a wonder espresso too, good crema, tasty and smooth. This has a 20 bar pump and does a professional job, is very fast and simple to use. The milk frother works but I’m way too impatient to use it. I just pour milk in and microwave for 30 seconds. I will update review if changes arise. Barely a month later, it doesn’t work. I tried to make a shot this morning and the pump doesnt pump water. It comes on but no water comes out. The steamer works but no espresso. I will contact support to see if I can get service. ... show more

Having owned a couple different espresso machines sometimes simple is better! This machine isn’t the largest, or have a bunch of different bells and whistles…but it provides a great tasting espresso! We own a separate milk frother so do not use the attached frother…although we tried it and it works fine! If you want a machine that provides an outstanding espresso and takes up minimal space on your counter, this is the one for you! ... show more
