Items were delivered fast. The assembly was straight forward and easy. I saw some reviews that stated the holes did not line up. If the directions included were followed "Don't tighten screws, until all are in place" they most likely would not have had issues. This is important on the ottomans! Now that it is assembled, it’s great! Very comfortable, doesn’t feel cheap. Assembly was a challenge. The instructions are just a diagram, the actual pieces are not labeled to correspond with the diagram. My husband purchased some better quality hardware and screws and used a nut driver. The Allen wrench and mini “wrench” combo they give you takes a loooong time. But, overall happy with the furniture now that it is assembled! ... show more

Bought this patio set almost 2 years ago and have been very pleased with it until I was getting everything spring ready, (a good power wash) and noticed that the couch was bent on one side. No one in our home weighs over 175lbs might I add. So I contacted the company and to my surprise, they are sending me a brand new couch! Super happy with the way this company handled things. The media could not be loaded. This set was packed impeccably. We were concerned at first as we received the chairs a few days later than the sofa and thought there was a mistake. Amazon sent a message to the seller and we received a message back within a day. Directions weren’t great, would recommend your own Allen wrenches/socket sets. The back cushions could use more filling…we may add more. The blue color is beautiful. The ottomans will be used for extra seating. Highly recommend for the price! ... show more

I like the look of this furniture, I just wish the foam cushions were a little thicker and sturdier. The fabric seems nice but again on the thinner side. The frames seem sturdy. It took my husband a weekend to assemble.

I was a little surprised at how well this went together. Other posts complain about the difficulty with the instructions...I guess you have to be comfortable with a one-page pictorial and no step-by-step instructions. The main thing to remember when assembling is to not tighten any screws until all they are all in, then tighten. When fully assembled all items are very sturdy. One ottoman had a very bad rocking in it, but that was fixed quickly with a stick-on pad under one leg. Other than that, the back pillows on the sofa seemed a little too thin or at least compressed too much for my liking. I purchased 2" thick memory foam and stuffed into the back of each pillow, and they are very comfortable now. One other thing I'm doing to make the ottomans more versatile: I'm installing 3/8" thick black ABS (textured surface) on top of each ottoman, then Velcro the cushions onto the ABS. So, they can either be used for sitting or I can take the cushion off and have a smooth flat surface for drinks and/or plates. The reason I purchased this set was specifically for the narrow width of the sofa, I had a limited space where it was going. Also, I first found this item at Lowe's for $110 more, then did a quick search on Amazon and was happily surprised with the price. Overall, it's a nice set. ... show more
