Simple, stainless steel fountain that does exactly what it claims. Blue light is stronger than I expected so it's now facing the wall but it's practically silent and my kitten took to using it instantly, if anything drinking more water than he had previously. Cleaning is simple after doing it the first time, and there's a video to show you how, but since it's steel it washes very easily and after a few weeks literally showed no signs of use. With a 2 year pump warranty as well for the price this seems to have been an excellent purchase. No complaints, very happy.

This fountain was a replacement for a similar brand that broke after a year. But the Hooise is far superior: the motor is absolutely silent, which is great for my Siamese, since the noise would scare him off. Also, I love being able to see the water level so clearly. Very easy to put together, cats were using it 5 minutes after it came out of the box. They love it, which is peace of mind for me.

I dont know why it wont let me rate it a 5 star only 4. But for us, it's a 5 star! This metal one keeps so much cleaner then the plastic one we had. Easy to clean and easy to use. Took the cats a couple of hours to observe it, but all 3 of them love it and use it. The light is perfect, not too bright, just right. Holds alot of water and it's not noisy at all. I love the little window that shows the water level.

The moment I installed it, she approached slowly, like a goddess gracing a mortal village. With one paw, she touched the stream. With the other, she slapped my leg for daring to look directly at her during hydration. She drinks now with the elegance of a royal sipping from a platinum goblet, eyes half-closed in judgment. The stainless steel design? Easy to clean, ultra-hygienic, and shiny enough for her to see her reflection and contemplate her own magnificence. The flowing water is just loud enough to let everyone know something important is happening—but quiet enough to preserve the mystery. It runs nonstop, like her need for attention. Bought this because our cat loves drinking from a faucet. The cat LOVES it! It worked so well that when we went camping in our travel trailer, I ended up buying a second one to keep just in the trailer to use. Our cat wouldn't drink out of a bowl and woke us up all night to turn on the faucet for a drink. This solved our problem and we ended up with a happy travel cat.

I have only had this item a short time but so far....so good. It arrived in a timely manner, was easy to put together, the cats like it so far, and doesn't take up much space. I would purchase again but will update if by chance something changes. Update....has anyone else had a problem with water leaking on the floor? I've had to put a plastic cover underneath it and there is always water in it....and am having to fill it more than normal? I even clipped the two parts together in case of over flow but still leaks🫤 I contacted the supplier and they are going to send me a replacement fountain so will you updated.🤗 Update: The supplier did replace the fountain in a timely manner and I'm happy to say so far so good and am impressed how quick they took care of this matter😊

This cat waterer exceeded my expectations. It arrived the next day, well-packaged and in perfect condition. The stainless steel construction gives it a sleek look, though it’s surprisingly lightweight. Assembly was quick and easy. I purchased the smaller version (about 2.3 liters), and with three cats, it lasts several days before needing a refill. It works great—water flows smoothly from the spout onto the platform with no splashing. It’s impressively quiet, and the water stays cool, which my cats seem to appreciate. They were a little hesitant at first, but after a couple of days, they were drinking from it with no issues. It also comes with extra filters and clear instructions for ordering more, which is a nice bonus. The compact design doesn’t take up much space, making it easy to fit into any room.
