So far, I've only used this chair for ball games and camping. My wife doesn't like them because she feels like they're too big and doesn't like having to insert the pin to lock the legs in place. My daughter likes them because she can lean back and snooze in them. I'm 5'10 and I don't feel like the seat is too deep. I'm 200lbs and I don't feel like I'm stressing the frame at all. We got another set that my wife prefers and it just doesn't feel as solid. The other set has automatic locking legs, I would prefer that but it's hasn't been a deal breaker. Also, the seat back wants to fold over on the seat bottom every time I sit down. It's pretty annoying, but not a deal breaker. ... show more

This manufacturer has 2 versions of this product. And old and a new. At time of this review the price difference is $20 between them, when on sale it was around $15. Noted old version has inside cup ( less money) new version has outside cup. I paid for the new version. I received the old version. I ordered one for myself (or so I thought) but it quickly became the coveted camp chair. My husband is 6โ€™ 4โ€ and Iโ€™m 5โ€™ 5โ€ and itโ€™s comfortable for both of us. Our grandkids 8 & 5 years old fight over it. Itโ€™s great for fidgety people and for rocking babies. Easy to set up and take down. Not necessarily a hammock but beats any like chair out there. Also, makes a good rocking chair... just set the recline to half and tuck one foot under your knee. Swing away and relax (Note: not sure if you are supposed to swing with this chair lol)
