This water fountain is making everyone in the house happy. It holds a lot of water, covering the backsides of absent-minded pet parents. It cycles so very quietly. It is so easy to set up, the word "assemble" barely applies. And it's so super easy to clean, I felt inspired to log in and write this review. The pump is completely encased in protective plastic so cleaning it will the little brush supplied in the package is easier than just about any other appliance in the house. The filter does a darn good job too, judging by the amount of kitty fur and black gunk it managed to collect during its 2 week active period. I can't recommend this highly enough! If you'd like to get your pet out of your kitchen or bathroom sink, buy them one of these fountains!

Very usable unit. It is quiet, easy to clean and priced well. Only drawback (and for us a-big deal) is not knowing water level. Afraid over time we will let it run low or dry and ruin the motor. Will return the unit.

So I made a video 31 secs long but apparently it will not upload as the file is to big?? give me a break! Anyway loved this fountain when it was new, ran smooth, super quiet, cats and dogs loved it. I cleaned it every2-3 weeks as per instructions. I have had it for 7 months and it is now barely running the pump is already giving up. This is truly unacceptable for only 7 months of use! Cost me over $58.00 for the unit and the filters, for 7 months?!? like i said not good quality pump being used obviously UPDATE: So the company reached out and sent me a new pump for this filter. Excellent customer service! However I wanted to update my review as i noticed in the process of changing out the pump, I was unaware that you could completely removed the entire pump apparatus which then allows you to be able to clean the tube that comes straight up out of the pump. Out of curiosity i used the bottles brushes they provide with the fountain and ran it through this part wow! It was very dirty! After cleaning all parts again I re hooked the fountain back up and the pump ran beautifully! So if you are noticing slowing flow of your fountain make sure when you clean the fountain to take all parts off and brush them out. Overall it is a great little fountain and our dogs and cats love it! Just make sure to clean it every 1-2 weeks.

Cleans easy, fills easy, change the filters easy. Darn thing is just easy. Pour water right onto the top platform to fill it. Once a week I take it and clean it. Just easy. And the cat likes to drink from it so it's worth it. Oh there's a filter (coarse) that wraps around the pump inside the bottom of the fountain as well as a carbon/fabric filter that cleans the water as it recirculates (or when you fill it) back into the bottom of the fountain. Pump is quiet, you don't really hear it. You do hear a little bit of gurgling water until it starts to get low. Than it makes a bit of noise so that's your clue to add some water.

I love this product. My cats aren't scared of the running water--thank goodness. It's very easy to drown out the trickling sound, and most of the time I forget it's running. I do wish that the filters were cleanable and therefore reusable. I've had to change them every two weeks and I don't want that extra expense.
