After a few minutes of playing in the litter box, my cat’s white paws were absolutely covered in a black substance (3rd photo shows it best). This is the charcoal used in the product! It leaves a residue on their paws, which I wouldn’t recommend for a white cat. Even if your cat isn’t white, it makes you think about what’s getting in between their paws when they use the litter box. I do have to admit, I love the concept of this product! It’s really well thought out, the packaging is great, and it’s fairly cheap. I wish so badly this product worked out for me, but since my cat is white, I don’t feel like cleaning her paws every time she uses the litter box. ... show more

    • It really works!!
I always was bothered by the litter box smell so I put this item in 3 days ago and it really reduced the odor. I am so happy with this product and would absolutely recommend it to anyone that has a cat! My cat loves it.
