    • Skechers Relaxation Relaxed Fit Shoes - So comfortable for my wide feet!
I already have several pairs of the Skechers Weekender Relaxed Fit shoes (which are similar to these), and love them. I was hoping to find something similar, as the price of my Weekenders had gone up, and after searching, I came across these beauties, the Skechers Relaxation Fashion Sneaker. I honestly think I like them BETTER than my Weekenders, as if it were possible (I wear the Weekenders all day long, nearly every day). I have wide feet, and buying a non-wide shoe can be challenging. However, these Skechers Relaxation Relaxed Fit shoes fit like a dream (I purchased them in 8M, and usually wear a 7.5 wide shoe...above I rated the width of these shoes as "Somewhat wide", but really wanted to choose "As expected" because I expected them to fit wide, and they didn't disappoint). They're very comfortable (I love the memory foam!), seem to support my feet well, and I almost hate to take them off. I liked them so much that I just ordered another pair. I have been very happy with the Relaxation shoe thus far and would definitely recommend them. I've loved the Skechers Go Walk line since the first generation Go Walks (which I bought in 7.5 wide), but I've grown extremely fond of their "Relaxed Fit" line. I now tend to look for those first. I used to be a big New Balance person, but for the most part have pretty much completely converted over to Skechers. My feet love them! Update: I now have had these shoes for several days, and wear them every day. I can honestly say that they are my FAVORITE shoes (and I own a lot of shoes!). I can wear them all day, and my feet still feel wonderful at the end of the day. They literally feel like slippers. I'm am very happy that I bought these shoes! ... show more

    • Slip on Skechers are easy and comfortable
Comfortable and slip on which is easier than tying shoes. Little kids can’t do it and some of us older adults in our mid 70s or 80s also have trouble tying our shoes ☺️

I will preface this review stating I have an average foot - not to thin, not too fat. I do have a long, wide arch which gives me some problems in finding proper fitting shoes. Based on previous reviews, I thought this shoe might work for me. Not! Pros: This is a very attractive shoe and looks very nice on my foot. It appears to be well made. I ordered a size 9 and it appears to be true to size. It is a slip-on and, as with all new shoes, was a bit difficult to get on originally - I would expect that to change as the shoe relaxed a bit. Cons: (a) The arch on this shoe started at the part of my arch closest to my heel, and then dropped down to nothing. There is no build-up tapering towards your toes, no built up arch support...just a downward drop and that's it. (b) From other posts, I expected the memory foam to be like walking on air. It is very thin and, for me, not much better than walking in my $12 Walmart purchased tennies where the cushioning is now worn out (after 6 yrs.). (c) I interpreted "relaxed fit" to mean the shoe would be a smidgeon wider...it is not. Now I'm confused as to what exactly relaxed fit means. Any clues? I am returning these; however, with all the raves Skechers is getting, I'm going to try a different style and see how that goes. ... show more

I bought these shoes for a trip. We were planning to do alot of walking. Excellent choice! If you have feet that sometimes get cramps, this shoe is a good answer. I had no cramping. Walked alot in warm conditions. Extremely comfortable. The shoe must have spandex-type material, because it seems to conform to the width of your foot with no problem. Loved them soooo much, when I got home from our trip, I bought a second pair for when the first wears out. I figured Skecher might discontinue by the time I wanted another pair. ... show more
