- Weatherproof | No Rotting, Warping, Breaking - We add weather stripping along all four sides of the base and brushing around the flap to keep out drafts and bugs. The PVC train molding is mold and weather-resistant. While it cuts and paints like wood, it does not warp, peel, or absorb moisture.
- Get Your Exact Measurements - For horizontal windows (which open up and down), measure from the inside of the track on the left side to the lip of the window on the right side. For vertical windows (which open side to side) measure from the top of the inside of the track to the very bottom. See images and videos on listings for demonstrations.

Prior to purchasing this product I reached out to customer service with questions about taking measurements. I received a quick, kind reply with helpful screen shots. Once the cat flap arrived I was immediately impressed with the quality! I purchased the clear version and you can’t tell the difference between the window and the cat flap surround. It was super easy to install and it works great. The flap itself is easy to swing and it’s quiet - my cats immediately caught on and used it the day of installation. I ended up adding some insulating foam around the flap but I’m not sure it was necessary. It did create nice, tight fit though. I would not hesitate to purchase from this seller.

I'm so glad we purchased this. We have a kitty that darts out the door anytime it opens. When it's so cold out I would have to stand outside multiple times a night calling for him to come back so I could make sure to get him back insise. It took a few days for the cats to figure it out but now they all come and go as they please and I don't have to worry about them getting stuck outside when it's so cold. It also does a good job of sealing up the space so air isn't coming through. I also appreciate how easy it was to install. Definitely recommend!

This was easy to install and easy to work. This was my cat’s 2nd cat window (we moved) and they figured it out immediately. My only concern is that the cats can’t visually tell when the door is locked so I close the curtains when I lock it.

The cat loves the option to go out when she wants. Make sure you get the dimensions right (the seller called to double check, which I loved) and the installation will be very easy. Just slide the window and insert it. The seal works well, there hasn't been a problem of air or dirt coming into the house. We coupled this with a cat cage and connected the two.
