Very nicely padded, and made of great feeling materials. Well built, and easy to clean as well! My puppy loves using this, and feels just as comfy as in his bed at home. Used fairly often on car trips.

    • Comfy to use, arrived smelly
When I opened this up upon receipt it was very stinky - a really strong scent that I could not imagine nestling my Yorkie into. But I washed it - it washed great (but be sure to take out bottom board) - and let it air dry, and it was all good. My Yorkie seemed to find it comfy - it has a nice pillow. (I do find the clip on the restraint hard to use - doesn't open easily.) The pockets are great for storing some small items in, and the handles rested comfortably on my shoulder. I loved this even more than I thought I would, and have been using a lot more than I'd planned. I think it looks nice too - a bland color that will go with anything, and doesn't seem to get dirty too easily. Good purchase. Only reason for 4 stars was the weird smell, and the difficult clip. ... show more

I had purchased a different, more expensive pet carrier for a local store but after trying to use it, I realized it was way too heavy to be carrying it around all the time. Plus it wasn’t very easy to keep clean. When I saw this purse pet carrier, I just had to try it out. I like that it is lightweight and very durable. The material inside is waterproof and the liner is easy to remove and clean. I still lined it with a puppy pad just to be on the safe side but it not really necessary. As you can see in the picture I just got two new puppies for Christmas. One for my children and the other for my parents. This Pet carrier is made very well. I like that it is spacious and has a lot of pockets on the outside. This way if I want to put my wallet and phone in this I can forgo taking my purse with me too. I like that it comes with a pillow too. As my puppy likes to cuddle with it. This a great purse, made of high quality Oxford cloth. I appreciate that it is breathable, lightweight, machine washable and my puppy is comfortable riding inside of it. My mom likes it so much she is getting one for herself. It’s comfy inside. My pup definitely felt safe and secure. Maybe would be a better fit for a slightly larger dog. I have a 9lb chihuahua and the bag made him look like a bean. Tons of extra unusable space. Love the extra pockets for storage but this bag is too bulky for my liking.

I got this for one of my cats that hates being placed in a regular carrier or even a backpack carrier. I placed him in there, opened the bag so he could see from the sides and he was so calm and relaxed while going to the vets.
