Style: Ukulele with Bag
I bought thin for a little girl and it sounds ok. The gigbag is a JOKE I threw the gigbag in the trash and bought a good one from eBay. I have 5 ukulele and this one doesn't measure up to mine but I did pay a great deal of money for mine. This little soprano has a good sound and a fairly good finish. You get what you pay for. It is good for beginners. ... show more

Gift for daughter
Style: Ukulele Starter Set
Our daughter loved it. Had a really nice sound from the start; didn’t need much tuning. Easy to play, and not torturous to hear while your kid is learning lol.

Excellent for price!
Style: Ukulele with Bag
This was a rather nicely crafted ukelele. It comes with strings, and a case. The strings take about a week to break in, but once you power through that, it plays like a dream!

Poor Construction and No Support
Style: Ukulele with Bag
Review Image by Anonymous Anonymous
I selected this ukulele assuming that a German company using Aquila strings will have better quality than an unknown Chinese brand. My confidence was misplaced as the attached photograph shows-- the back of the brand new ukulele is coming apart from its sides straight out of the box. I have written to the email address in the pamphlet included in the box but there has been no response from Cascha, the manufacturer. This leads me to believe that Cascha does not stand behind its products, and prospective buyers would do well to keep that in mind. UPDATE: I waited nearly four weeks for Cascha to respond to my email, but it was an exercise in futility. Thankfully, Amazon came to the rescue and arranged for a return of the defective item. So my tip to prospective customers is to carefully examine your product immediately upon arrival since there is no expectation of support from the manufacturer. Or better still, choose a different brand that stands by its products. ... show more
