I have only had this a week and have used it daily. Very limited experience using a machine like this but it is very straight forward and user friendly. I have friends who have spent several thousand for their expresso machines. That is not within my budget. However, I have saved money with this cost efficient version and have zero complaints. Just read the instructions before hand and take your time. It made a great cup first try so no experimentation was needed on my end to get an excellent latte or expresso. I would highly recommend this to any newby who, like me, cannot afford to drop mega bucks on an expresso machine. I use the cafe bustelo coffee grounds and Monin coffee syrups. This is perfect for a couple cups daily. If my review changes down the road I will update. Until then, I recommend this purchase! For the price, you cannot beat the quality. From using a Breville Express 800$ machine I can tell you can save 650$ buying this one. Im using a good grinder I have at home. Makes perfect espresso and steamer works better than I expected, has two steps for steam and the hot water comes out really fast, temperature is good. I bought this espresso machine to replace my old one, and I'm quite satisfied with it. It's easy to use, has a sleek design, and makes a decent cup of coffee. The milk frother works well and creates a nice foam. The only reason I'm giving it 4 stars instead of 5 is that the water tank is a bit small and needs to be refilled often. Went from a delonghi that was a few years old to something a little faster. Found the reviews to be outstanding for this one and let me tell you, I’m amazed. The features are fantastic. I'm delighted with my new Casabrews espresso maker! I've had it for over 6 months now. It's easy to use, makes fantastic cappuccinos, takes very little counter space & comes with a solid warranty. I faced a false alarm & called support for help over the weekend. Joanne responded pleasantly, promptly & generously 1st thing Monday morning. They're ready to back up their warranty with gracious action. And, it wasn't an issue after all but a fortunate little safetly feature that prevented real damage to me & the machine. I’ve had this for about a week now and use it daily sometimes twice a day. I love a good espresso and finally I can have an eggnog latte again. This machine warms up quick and steams the milk hot quickly. I use the steamer to steam milk for the kids hot cocoa. If you follow the directions you won’t have an issue. I do want to upgrade to a better tamper as this one is just a light plastic one. Only thing is the cup warmer is not exactly a cup warmer, I think the machine gets warm after some use so then it’ll be warm but it’s never warm to be useful as a cup warmer. Overall for 120$ on the BLACKFRIDAY sale this was a steal and will save me so much money from not getting Dutch bros and Starbucks ... show more

I’ll start off by saying I previously owned a Breville, and honesty for the price of this machine, it matches up quite well. The only difference is of course it doesn’t freshly grind your coffee beans, but ease of use, water capacity for the tank, cleaning and delicious tasting espresso, it is a great espresso maker. The only downside if I had to really give it one, is the machine is a little loud, it’s also very loud and vibrates my entire counter when using the hot water aspect. I was a little shocked at how loud it was, but it’s nothing that would make me lessen my review. Overall, I think it’s a good espresso maker, especially if someone is looking for a beginner machine or maybe a little More experienced with making espresso. ... show more
