Very easy to clip and unclip the handle, and won't just slip off or unclip itself accidentally The latch on the handle has two security switch that has to be pressed and pushed up in order to unclip it from the pot. My first time using these turned out Amazing, my chicken and hamburgers were delicious with nothing sticking to the pan. Awesome set! These do not stick. You so not need to use extra sprays, oil or butter to cook. I love that they stack and the handles come off.

Beautiful and Easy to Organize!
I continue to expand my collection of these pans, replacing my Cuisinart brand set as I go. Not only are they beautiful, but they are so easy to cook with and I absolutely love the detachable handles. They are be lightweight and the non-stick is definitely one of the best things about these pans. The space saving is another huge plus!!

Great pot set for cooking anything light and weight they're very easy to stack the cooking is very fast especially if you have a gas stove It saves a lot of space by stacking them together they don't stain they don't burn inside and it does include just one handle and the round pot can also substitute as a Tupperware bowl
