I've heard great things about CAROTE cookware in recent months, so was excited to see this cookware set being offered by the brand! The product arrived in a fairly small box, which just speaks to how compact and easy to nest the pieces are. The set boasts 27 total pieces, which does seem like quite a high count given what's included, but you get a full set of cookware that includes: 2 saucepans (2.5 qt and 5 qt), 3 fry pans (6 in, 8.5 in, 11 in), a 3.5 qt saute pan, a set of cooking utensils (tongs, ladle, fish turner, etc.), pot and storage lids, 2 interchangeable handles, and trivets and pot protectors. It's a solid variety of items that would be ideal for those in new kitchens needing the basics (and then some) as well as intermediate cooks looking for a broader range of cookware. At first look, all items looked to be of good quality, and the green was a very attractive color; in person, it's a little darker and more muted than the green in the photos. The pots and pans felt sturdy and thick, and had a good weight to them. I've used the sauce pans and a couple frying pans over the course of the past week, and was able to easily store away the other items - the fact that the lid tops can be easily screwed in and out and that every item can easily nest into another is great for those with smaller kitchens, like mine! The set includes care instructions, but as with other nonstick pots and pans, these should be cooked only on low to medium heat, have wooden or silicone/nylon utensils used on them only (no steel/metal utensils as they will scratch!), and should be hand washed only (no dishwashers or abrasive cleaners/scrubbers). While some might find this a little annoying, it's important to help extend the longevity of the cookware. In terms of cooking performance, I've really enjoyed using the pans for a variety of things - from boiling pasta and rice, to frying eggs, to doing stir fries and sautes. The pans have been non-stick so I have had no issues with food residue, especially when cooking eggs or meat, and clean up is a breeze. No issues with rusting either as these aren't steel pans, which require more maintenance. I use a little dish soap and a sponge to clean up after cooking, and that's it! I look forward to continue using this cookware and would recommend to others looking to expand their cookware options! ... show more

I am absolutely thrilled with this CAROTE cookware set! It has everything I need for everyday cooking and more, all in one box. I really loved this Carote set! The removable handle is a game changer for everyday use. You can take it off and put the pans straight into the oven, which is super helpful if you like to finish dishes there. It also makes cleaning in the dishwasher easier and saves a lot of space when storing since everything stacks better. The green color is even more beautiful in person, really eye-catching but still elegant. The finish on all the pieces is very well done, and the nonstick coating works great, nothing sticks, and cleanup is a breeze. Overall, it’s a complete, stylish, and practical set.
